Not For Profit

CIMM is an IRS approved 501(c)3 (charitable, non-profit) corporation. The work we undertake will be driven by the value it provides to the infrastructure community without the need to generate profit for shareholders.

Community-Driven

CIMM is committed to being a low-overhead organization under which members of the infrastructure community can come together to share ideas and provide guidance on infrastructure management priorities that are of high-value to society and that will require collaborative efforts.

Open To All

CIMM views itself as an organization open to all interested parties involved in infrastructure management globally. CIMM is able to partner with universities, public and private infrastructure entities, consultants, hardware and software vendors, and the like. We believe this capability accelerates innovations and strengthens the results of our work together.

Sharing Knowledge

CIMM is committed to helping the infrastructure community by disseminate results of our work through technology transfer where appropriate. We are committed to working with other professional societies and organizations to disseminate infrastructure management advancements associated with the Center, again, where appropriate.
